I practice a Co-Active approach, informed by my training in mindfulness meditation, Buddhist Psychology, Acceptance and Commitment Training, and ontological coaching. My style comes from the belief that all people are inherently creative, wise, resourceful, confident, compassionate, and joyful. Working with our thoughts, behavioral patterns, derailers, and more, we can all access these fundamental aspects of being human, for the sake of what we are most wanting in life: career, performance, balance, personal fulfillment, and more.
